Return Policy

At Jana Enterprises, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and replacement terms carefully before placing an order.

Proof of Unboxing

To process any claim for missing, damaged, or incorrect items, you must provide a clear, unedited package opening video.

  • The video must clearly show the parcel from all sides before opening, the unsealing process, and the contents inside.

  • Without this video evidence, we will not be able to process any claim.

Reporting Issues

  • Any issue (missing items, damage, or wrong product) must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

  • Reports made after this period may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

  • Products that are custom-made, perishable, or sold as clearance stock cannot be returned or exchanged.

Resolution Options

  • Once your return is approved, we will offer:

    • A replacement of the product, or

    • A refund, as agreed mutually between both parties.
